The closing date for abstracts is 1 May 2008.

The objective of the ANU Missionary Conferences is to stimulate a community of scholarship about Australian, New Zealand, and related Christian missionary activities in Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, East and Central Africa. More than twenty enquiries have already been received.

Academics, postgraduate students, religious, independent scholars, and family historians are invited to participate within a professional history framework.

The Conference Fee for 2008 is $275 including refreshments and light lunch each day. Recommended accommodation is University House, Acton, ACT 2601,
