Bougainville Peace Process: Development of Constitutional Changes Needed to Give Effect to the Peace Agreement, November 2001, by Anthony Regan

Implementing the Bougainville Peace Agreement Briefing paper for Joint Assemblies Meeting - Arawa, 31 August 2001. This paper was prepared by Anthony Regan for the Bougainville Technical Team, for use in briefing the Joint Assembly meeting in Arawa on the day after the signing.
