Publications: Discussion papers

This series of short papers has arisen from research and/or teaching on current issues of governance, economy, civil society and policy making. These papers are designed for use in colleges and schools; for policy makers and consultants; and for the general reader.

SSGM Discussion papers are now available online in text and Adobe Acrobat format (pdf), and have been archived according to the year of their publication. You will need to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader to view the Acrobat format documents.
