Home > Conference > Program > Information on Speakers This two-day conference was held in Canberra in November 2002 to focus on the organisational, operational, deployment and normative challenges confronting cosmopolitan militaries and to examine the ways in which militaries and defence establishments have responded to those challenges. The conference involved leading scholars, policy bureaucrats and military practitioners from a range of countries and organisations.
