A culture of corruption in Indonesia
Patrick Guinness (Archaeology & Anthropology, ANU)

A recent booklet distributed to the ‘masses’ by the Corruption Eradication Commission sought to educate the public about corruption and enlist their cooperation in identifying corrupt practices. This seminar will look at the assumptions being made about public knowledge of corruption in the light of Yogyakarta kampung perceptions and practices.
