Please take the time to fill out the form: without your name and address, we cannot contact you and so will not process your order.

- If your browser does not accept cookies, you will not be able to purchase any books online.
- The cookie does not contain anything that could damage your computer or identify you personally.
Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$). Payments from outside Australia must be in the form of a bank cheque in Australian dollars. Online payments via credit card are not possible from this site.
Postage times
Please allow:
- Approximately seven (7) days for orders within Australia
- Approximately 21 days for all other orders
Goods and Services Tax
The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged on orders from customers in Australia, at the rate of
10 per cent.
The GST is not charged on orders from outside Australia.
