TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS
PARTICIPATING GROUPS
Travel reimbursement for conference participants
- for those students who have been offered travel subsidies
- for invited academics claiming reimbursement for airfares
For reimbursement to be processed at the time of conference registration at Australian National University, the following information must be faxed by December 20, 2005 to: Diana Glazebrook Fax: +61 2 6125 1635.
- Reimbursement form
- Australian Taxation Office Statement by Supplier form
- Students who do not have an ABN number must fill out the Statement by Supplier form.
- Visiting academics who wish to be paid in cash must fill out the Statement by Supplier form.
- Visiting academics who wish to be paid by overseas draft in foreign currency do not need to fill out the Statement by Supplier form.
- Original receipt of travel purchase
Where proof of travel purchase cannot be faxed before December 20, 2005, original receipts of travel purchase should be presented at the time of conference registration at Australian National University, however this may delay reimbursement.
