Submitting your paper to TAPJA
TAPJA provides a forum for the publication of research in all branches of anthropology, including diverse theoretical issues and disciplinary questions from regions other than the Asia Pacific. The journal is published three times a year and we welcome the submission of papers for consideration by our editorial board via an anonymous peer review process.
Papers submitted for consideration should not exceed 6000 words and must include:
- An abstract of no more than 150 words
- A brief list of keywords (6-10)
- The author's full name, affiliation and contact details
Click here for a print-friendly (pdf) copy of the complete TAPJA Style Guide. However please note that compliance to this guide beyond the 4 points above, while welcomed, is not necessary for submission of papers for consideration as the complete style guide applies only to papers that have been reviewed, revised, and accepted for publication.
To submit your paper to TAPJA for consideration, please save it as a Microsoft Word document, and send as an attachment to an email message addressed to tapja@anu.edu.au. We will acknowledge receipt of your submission by reply email.
Don’t hesitate to email the Editorial Assistant direct with any questions about this process.
